Requirements:
- $100 Refundable Locker Deposit
- Initial Requirement: Purchase of 6 bottles from casino's wine list or pre-paid corkage fee for 6 bottles from your own selection (or a combination of both)
- Quarterly Requirement: Purchase of 12 bottles from casino's wine list or pre-paid corkage fee for 6 months from your own selection (or a combination of both)
